Payment is accepted by PayPal or by UK bank transfer only. We do not accept other online payments or cheques. Cleared payment must be received in advance and in full of any art work dispatch. By purchasing a work of art from Rupert Bond Fine Arts you agree to the following:

Attribution:

You agree that attribution is based upon opinion and where Rupert Bond Fine Arts attributes a work, this attribution is accepted at the time of purchase.

Condition:

Whilst condition is subjective, art sold by Rupert Bond Fine Arts ascribes a condition report together with multiple photographs of the work. This should provide enough information for a purchaser to judge the overall condition of a work prior to purchase.

Historical Marks:

Rupert Bond spends a great deal of time researching, attributing and preparing works of art for sale. Naturally, art works and original frames come with historical marks, this should be considered when making a purchase, particularly as works may be over 200 years old.

Upon receipt of your fine art purchase, you have a 14-day money back guarantee.
